Subject: Epiphany Run Results From: "Ray, Jennifer" Date: Mon, 7 Jan 2008 11:28:49 -0800 Well, the day started promisingly but we all knew it would turn ugly eventually, and it did. I'm talking about the weather here, not the quality of your running ... you all braved the storm like champs! Thanks for coming out to celebrate another Tropical John birthday. Next year we'll work harder to arrange better conditions, but we make no promises. In any case, you can count Saturday's run as good training for the La Nina spring that appears to be in store for us. Here are the "results," as best I can decipher the soggy sheet attached to our clipboard. I know for a fact there were many more runners out there, and many folks here listed their names and times but gave no email address. Also, I have question marks next to some results because I wonder if people wrote down time of day, rather than their elapsed time. Feel free to forward this message to other runners who were there but are not on this list. It would be nice to have a sort-of accurate record to forward to those picky editors at Ultrarunning. ;-) Mahalo, Jennifer Ray 15 miles Steve Reagan 3:10 Dawn Moses 3:13 16 miles Kap'n Kirk Boisseree 3:33 20 miles Rob Byrne 4:04 24 miles Christine Miller 5:30 Chuck Wilson 5:34 26 miles Eric Ellisen 3:46 Lawrence McKendell 3:48 Errol "Rocket" Jones 4:38 Adam Blum 4:47 Fred Ecks 4:50 Will Miles 4:52 Celeste Langan 5:15 Ernesto Matal-Sol 5:31 Tropical John 5:31 Lisa Henson 5:31 27 miles David Denison 5:40 28 miles Ken Gregorich 5:00 28.5 miles Steve Patt 5:33 30 miles Lisa Felder 6:48 50 km Jon Burg 4:54 Chihping Fu 7:50 57 km Keith Blom 5:42 37 miles Clare Abram 7:40 Scott LaBerge 7:40 40 miles Steve Holman 10:42 ========================== Updated on Tuesday, 1/8/08
